Description

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the planning and management of charging pile products, including the collection and analysis of product demand, fully understanding of product demand, in-depth analysis and evaluation of user submitted demand and continuous improvement;
2. Defined the appearance, function and performance characteristics of products, and take charge of product life cycle management;
3. Responsible for daily maintenance and functional improvement of products to improve user experience;
4. Provide product introduction materials and support relevant training;
5. Responsible for coordination and communication with the development team, implementation team and marketing team.
6. Responsible for industry dynamic monitoring, trend analysis, product analysis, and product analysis report.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in power electronics, electrical automation, electronic information, etc.
2. R&D of charging pile related products background, design and development experience of electronic products and switching power supply, with more than 3 years’ experience on development of charging pile related, experienced as product manager will be preferred;
3. Be able to independently complete technical research and organize development tasks of the above products;
4. Good logic ability, communication ability, learning ability, strong sense of team work and customer awareness.
5. Fluent in spoken English, be competent of communicating with overseas teams and overseas customers
